The program encourages women to participate in politics and leadership in Lesotho. It is led by the BAM Group Foundation together with UN Women and supported by the European Union through the WYDE Women’s Leadership initiative.

The project helps women by:

• Providing leadership and political training
• Organizing discussions and advocacy activities
• Offering mentorship and support networks
• Promoting equal participation of women in decision-making and governance

Its main goal is to increase the number of women involved in politics and leadership positions in Lesotho.
