Women make up approximately 51% of Lesotho’s population( as per last census) , yet representation in leadership spaces does not fully reflect this reality.
WYDE Lesotho is working to ensure that more women, especially young women, are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to participate meaningfully in leadership and decision-making processes.
